This Trans Fat Free dining program has a wide variety of choices. From our Homemade soups, healthy entrees and a salad bar that features fresh fruits and vegetables, and homemade composed salads You are bound to find something to please you. The Cafeteria also has a large beverage bar and brews organic iced tea daily. The desserts at all meals are balanced and sometimes replaced with fruit salad to help promote a healthy eating lifestyle. Fresh fruit is abundant and snacks are prepared throught out the day for continued nutirition.
The Salad Bar is a way for students to see, smell, and taste a variety of fruits and vegetables that are not only good for them, but also delicious. The bar features a local, sustainable menus full of healthy ingredients that contain but are not limited to the following items: spring mix; broccoli; tomato; cucumber; carrots; asparagus; cheese; tuna; hard boiled eggs; pineapple; strawberries; grapes; apples; bananas; red, green, yellow peppers; artichokes; olives; beets; pickles; assorted homemade salads.
