Instructions for Gifting Securities to the Browning School

Let the School know that you are sending securities by contacting Gerard Plasse, Director of Finance, at gplasse@browning.edu. Please indicate the name of the stock and the number of shares that you are gifting to the School.

1. If you wish to transfer the securities electronically:

• The School's account rep at The Vanguard Group is James R. Gorman. His telephone number is 800-567-5163, x 10267.
• The DTC number to use is 0443.
• The Browning School's account number is 48V959770.

2. If the certificate is in your name:

• Complete the Letter of Authorization
• Complete an Irrevocable Stock Power form.
• Or, if you prefer, you may endorse the certificate. In this case no additional form is necessary.
