The Browning School is committed to providing a rigorous academic experience for students from Pre-Primary - Form VI in a structured, yet warm environment, promoting a love of learning, and nurturing the growth of each student through exposure to a diverse range of challenges and opportunities.

Admission is based upon a student’s academic promise and achievement, personal qualities, special talents and interests. The Browning School is committed to maintaining racial, ethnic, religious and economic diversity in its student body.

Financial aid is available at all grade levels and is awarded solely on the basis of need. If you are applying for financial aid and would like to obtain a waiver code for our application fee, please call our office at 212-838-6280 ext. 148.

Please note:

We are no longer accepting applications for Pre-Primary – 6th Grade for the 2013-2014 school year. If you have already submitted an application on a rolling basis, we will call you if space becomes available. If you would like to inquire about the process, or if you want to give us your contact information so that we can notify you if a space becomes available, please call the Admissions Office at 212-838-6280 ext. 148.
