Browning Panthers Support Breast Cancer Awareness

Browning athletes engage in service work each season. Kicking off this fall, our teams will support breast cancer awareness by wearing pink at their games. On Sunday, October 20, the Browning community is invited to participate in the Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk in Central Park.

7/8 Soccer vs. St. Hilda's & St. Hugh's, Randall’s 73 4:15 p.m. 

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16  

Varsity vs. LFNY Randall’s 44 (Fan Bus Game), 4:00 p.m. 

5/6 Soccer vs. St. Bernard’s, Central Park North Meadow 6, 2:30 p.m.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17

Middle and Varsity Cross Country, Van Cortlandt Park, 3:45 p.m. 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18

Coaches for the Cure Challenge/Dress Down: Students will vote during the week for a coach to dye their hair pink. Containers will be in the lobby starting Tuesday, October 15. The coach with the most votes at the end of the week will dye their hair pink for the weekend. All students can dress down and are encouraged to wear pink. 

The students’ service opportunities will vary from season to season, but the programming will offer our boys opportunities to use their skills to serve others in ways that they find meaningful.
