Holiday Program Wraps the World in Joy

The melodic sounds of boys’ voices raised in song were again the highlight of the annual Browning School Holiday Program. Featuring outstanding performances from boys in all grades, the program began with the Form I hand chimes, who played transitional music throughout the event. The audience also enjoyed heartfelt messages about pleasures of family time delivered by Student Government President Austin S. ’20 and Vice President Ryan E. ’20 and a variety of readings from other students.

After a speech from Head of School Dr. John Botti extolling the virtue of daily kindness, patience, and respect, boys sung and danced to contemporary music as well as traditional favorites. Opening with “Deck the Hall” and closing with “Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee,” the event lived up to its title “Wrap the World in Joy.”
